ScrollFork

Terms of service

The rules for using ScrollFork, in plain words.

Last updated: 6 November 2026

These terms govern the use of the ScrollFork app and this website. They are offered by Omunimax LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”). By using ScrollFork you accept them; if you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. The service

ScrollFork helps you save the places you see in social media posts and videos and find them again on maps sorted by cuisine and on your own lists. You can save a place by sharing a link, sending a screenshot or typing its name.

2. Account and age

You need an account to use the app. You must be at least 16 and give us a valid email address. You are responsible for what happens with your account: keep access to your email and phone secure.

3. Social platforms and other people's content

4. Your content

Notes, comments, ratings and lists are yours. You allow us to store them and show them to you in the app, only to run the service. We don't make them public. We may use, anonymously and in aggregate, the links between a post and the places confirmed for it, to suggest the same place to others who share the same post, without any data that identifies you.

5. Fair use

You may not: use ScrollFork for illegal activities; try to bulk-copy data from the app or the maps; get around usage limits; interfere with the service; use the app to collect other people's data; resell or republish map data.

6. Place information

Places are recognised automatically and mistakes can happen: check the card before saving. Opening hours and open status come from Google and may be out of date. Always double-check before you go, especially for allergies, accessibility and bookings.

7. Google Maps

ScrollFork uses Google Maps. By using the maps you agree to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

8. Beta and price

During the beta ScrollFork is free, and some features may change, have daily usage limits or be removed. Paid features may come later: they only apply if you choose to subscribe, through the App Store or Google Play, on the terms shown before purchase.

9. Liability

We run ScrollFork with care, but we can't guarantee it will always work without interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or for what happens at the places you visit. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, or the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

10. Suspension and closure

You can stop using ScrollFork and delete your account at any time (here's how). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, telling you when possible. If we shut down the service, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data.

11. Changes

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll tell you in the app or by email at least 15 days in advance. If you don't agree, you can delete your account before the changes apply.

12. Governing law

Italian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. If you are a consumer, you can bring proceedings in the courts of the place where you live.
